This is a story of how three friends turned a bold idea into a multiservice IT company. The philosophy of meritocracy and open-mindedness was a fair way to reach new horizons (and remains our crucial principle). Today, we are 150+ people, collaborating with partners from 20 countries, and the journey continues.
Freshcode was founded.

On Thursday evenings we train to debate,
negotiate and detect a bluff.
Thanks to our developer's tea passion, we
enjoy tea ceremonies with a traditional
wooden board, handmade tea set and a
great atmosphere of Asian traditions.
Getting out and playing volleyball is a great
way, but also we need sports activities that
are always 'at hand'. Ping pong, table
football and armwrestling 24/7.
Trip on the river is a special delight among
the rustling reeds and water lilies❤️
Moreover, it's a great body workout and
time for outdoor team building.
Sitting in front of a computer may be
tedious. That's why our kitchen room is
designed as a place where teammates can
have a time to relax and gain new strength
with tasty coffee, music, bag chairs and
tabletop games.
'Secret Santa' is a non-skippable tradition. Once a year, Freshcoders turn into sneaky elves, keeping alive the suspense and surprise of holiday gifting.
